Best for: All levels — with options given to suit beginners through to more experienced clients.

Sculpt & Tone Pilates

Legs, Bums & Tums Pilates

Reformer Pilates

Experience the dynamic resistance of our Reformer from beginners all the way up to an advanced level

Reformer Foundations (Beginner / Gentle)

What to expect: A supportive introduction to the reformer machine. You’ll learn how to set up safely, explore core movements, and build confidence in posture, alignment, and control. The pace is slower with plenty of guidance.
Best for: New to reformer Pilates, returning to Pilates, or anyone looking to focus on technique.

Reformer Flow (Improvers / Low-Intermediate)
